Neptune-ruled fantasy Pisces enjoys falling in love. Those born between February 19 and March 20 are said to have a huge heart, fall in love at first sight, and stay in relationships long past the expiration date hoping for the best. However, the search for a soulmate can be fraught with ups and downs. Fortunately, the stars can guide us in the proper direction. According to astrologer Lupe Terrones, three zodiac signs are most likely to be Pisces’ soulmates.

One of the zodiac’s most creative signs, Pisces needs a companion who encourages and supports their aspirations. Since they are also a very spiritual sign, they seek out the “dose of magic” that gives a partnership a fated feel.

They’ll be sincerely thankful, which may occasionally be difficult to find with a fluid sign like Pisces, Terrones says, “provided the connection affords them abundant opportunity for them to daydream without practical constraints.”

Taurus (April 20 – May 20) 

Although the earthy Taurus and the watery Pisces may not appear to have much in common, they will share many of the same ideals that are necessary for a committed partnership. According to Terrones, Taurus will provide Pisces’ fluid nature with the much-needed stability it needs, and Pisces will provide Taurus with the unwavering love and support they long for in relationships. Taurus may take a little longer than Pisces to fall in love, but they will value Pisces’ loyalty while they are still deciding.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

“Despite Pisces’ resemblance to a floating fish, their connection isn’t like a motionless lake,” Terrones explains. “Cancer has a flair for taking charge in a kind and maternal way, which can jolt Pisces out of its occasional sluggishness and help them both flourish.”

Cancer and Pisces are two very intuitive Water signs who date in search of their partner. They may feel as if they’ve finally found their other half when they finally find each other. “In many respects, the Cancer-Pisces connection is a storybook romance.”

Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

As opposite signs, these two have a lot going for them sexually. Starting, there is that initial draw. They will be able to adjust to each other’s energies and will instinctively know what to do, according to professional astrologer and psychic Stina Garbis, who previously spoke to Bustle. Both of them seek an emotional and spiritual bond rather than merely a physical one. They get along so well because of it.
